Privacy policy

This policy explains how Easy Accounting Animated ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit easyaccountinganimated.com or join our email list. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need, and we never sell your data.

3. Who processes data for us

• Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA) stores our email list and sends our emails. Kit relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EU. Kit privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, protects it from attacks and forwards emails sent to our addresses. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• YouTube (Google): our videos are hosted on YouTube. If you click through to YouTube, Google's own privacy policy applies.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. When you submit the signup form you are sent to Kit, which may use its own necessary cookies to process your subscription.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups and long-inactive subscribers are removed from time to time. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. The quickest way to stop our emails is the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. For anything else, email info@easyaccountinganimated.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Maltese supervisory authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or to the authority in your own country.

7. Children

Our lessons and email list are meant for adults and students aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
